Where there's a smoke, there's definitely fire.
They want to sell less and hence selectively give loads to petrol pumps,creating an artificial illusion that there are no supplies issues.

@cmdbpcl @BPCLimited The supplies of Brij Auto ( Sikandra) Agra HSD site CC 115466 has been blocked by TM Agra Territory Office @deepak7480 falsely citing a issue in PESO License whereas there is no order from PESO to suspend the supplies.

The officers are unable to understand a simple legal situation that the lease agreement and dealership agreement are two different agreements indistinct of each other and harrassing the dealership to convince the family members to execute a lease for peanuts.

The matter is under adjudication and harrassing a dealer in such circumstance is totally unwarranted.

Further , the dealer has all rights to know by means of which order the supplies have been blocked by Agra Territory office.

If you cannot give supplies atleast provide an order by means of which supplies are blocked.

Further if you think by adopting to such means you can convince a family to lease, you are completely on the wrong path.

All Oil Marketing Companies are claiming no shortage of fuel , no pressure on dealers to uplift branded petrol or diesel, no restrictions on sales , etc etc …..
Now kindly tell whether the document attached is ORIGINAL OR FABRICATED ?
If ORIGINAL, then why has it been not implemented even after more than 10 years have passed and that to which has been duly signed by all three O.M.C’s !
When O.M.C’s simply ignore their written commitment, rather have befooled their DEALERS (Associates) , why will Country Men believe in your above post ?????

suddenly monitoring retail outlet sales, tracking “abnormal HSD demand,” and warning about diversion?

If everything is normal, then why are dealers being questioned at all?

No shortage.
No restriction.
No advisory.
Really?

Petroleum is an Essential Commodity. So where exactly is the legal basis for this pressure on dealers when:
• No clear notification exists under the EC Act,
• No statutory advisory has been issued by @PetroleumMin or PNGRB,
• No public restriction order has been announced.

Then on what grounds are dealers being informally targeted or monitored?

Either there is a supply concern, or there isn’t.
Which one is it?

Because right now the messaging looks confused:
• Government letters hint at ground-level concern,
• OMCs keep posting “No Shortage, No Restriction” on social media.

So what is the actual truth?

Or is this just another classic case of:
“Everything is normal… but please don’t ask questions”?

@DMKanpur Sir , in compliance of directions given by Hon’ble High court Allahabad , the office of ADM(LA) has passed order directing PD NHAI to deposit the amount so that the same may be paid to the applicant Mr. Sarvesh Singh.

More than 1.5months have passed from order dated 30.03.2026 but office of @NHAI_Official PD NHAI Kanpur is sitting tight on the matter for the reasons best known to them.

Upon raising the grievance to PD NHAI , a simple reply is given that it is under process. How can a simple payment be in process for more than 1.5months.

This is the level of harassment done by PD NHAI office belonging to @NHAI_Official under @nitin_gadkari . The payment is pending since a decade and now when Hon’ble High Court has directed payment, the PD NHAI Kanpur is unable to provide payment to office of ADM (LA).

@DMKanpur Sir it is most humbly requested to please direct the PD NHAI Kanpur to further not drag the issue and deposit the amount with The concerned office so that the payment may be made to the applicant Mr. Sarvesh Singh.

@nitin_gadkari Sir it is also requested to please sensitize the PD NHAI Kanpur to do the needful in the matter . Till date the issue remains unresolved.
