@Mssarahmssarah@ActualNosferatu They might‘ve just said they have COVID because every ‚cold‘ is nowadays COVID and testing seems to be irrelevant. Just as a ‚cold‘ is no infection, because the reason was getting cold…
We could handle the threat of COVID and other pathogens much better using our sense.
@maolesen Thank you.That‘s why I decided to get the shot as I might have got the virus instead while waiting for the updated vaccine. Btw.getting boosted is a minority program.
@brownecfm I feel so sorry for both of you. Same could‘ve happened to my parents and me. ‚Luckily‘ my father/91 died four months and my mother/89 a few days before lockdown. For quite a long time we could not really mourn, being so relieved they had escaped covid with all its consequences.
@michael_hoerger Sorry, other topic: which variant is dominant in US? For Europe: And although EMA has
recommended XFG I think we will get LP.8.1 because there is still a lot in stock. Could that be a problem? Waiting isn‘t an option either. What would you do?
Thank you!
@DrNeilStone Thank you for all your information. How often do you get vaxxed and (when) is there a new vaccine adapted to the new variants available in Europe?
Thanks for answering!
Unseren Gletschern stehen schlimme Tage bevor.
@maolesen I don’t
know you, but appreciate your postings, your courage and your kindness answering questions.
I send you my best wishes that you recover soon. 🍀
@luckytran That‘s amazing. In 1844 Heinrich Hoffmann, doctor and psychiatrist wrote Shockheaded Peter (Struwwelpeter). If he had already known about airborne viruses and rejecting masks he would have added it to the other tragic stories.
@drseanmullen That‘s what I was just discussing with my husband. Even educated people sometimes seem to be ‚health-Illiterates’ E.g. someone hugging and kissing you when meeting at an opening night in the theatre and then: ‚I won’t go to the party afterwards, I have a sore throat!‘ 🙈
