@dpd_uk this is 3rd time that my phone has gone missing which was to be delivered by yourselves. My latest saga has come about for my #samsungS25ultra order, including accessories (pods & charger). I have been waiting since Saturday 1.2.25, which was promised 2b delivered. (1of3)

@dpd_uk @SamsungUK @SamsungMobile Spent an hour retelling my saga to @SamsungMobile @SamsungUK representative, which was all in vain, was to wait till 8pm as today's delivery slot is till 8pm, if doesn't turn up call again for further help.
I've spent nearly £1300 on this phone and this is their #CustomerService

@dpd_uk Instead exact 6:30pm notification received from @dpd_uk,per "my" request delivery has been changed to 3rd Feb, again rang @dpd_uk when it's to arrive as no slot given, was told there is no information on the account, I should call @SamsungUK @SamsungMobile to register complaint.

@O2 least efficient and slowest customer services been trying to speak to one capable person for past 3 days to update the account with my return and cancellation of the contract and IPhone 15 Pro.
Been moved from pillar to post waiting for minimum one hour on the phone, on hold
