They offered me £100 voucher which I declined straight away and demanded the promotional offer be honoured. Double storage and 10%. Not convinced they will. Samsung done me over because of DPD
@MK197576@AHSMRK7@SamsungUK I had mine cancelled by samsung. I didn't call it, as I knew I'd lose the promotion and offer. I've now lost that. This is after I called them AGAIN and was told not to worry, the order isn't cancelled. Liars.

I'm beginning to think that this is going to drag on for a considerable period of time. I believe every customer that has been affected must be entitled to some sort of compensation.

@AHSMRK7@MK197576@SamsungUK I went into a Samsung store to see if they could shed any light into this type of situation. They couldn't assist as it was an online order and not an In-store purchase. Starting to get incredibly frustrated and let down.

I've sent a DM to @SamsungUK and had zero response. 2 weeks to rectify when it's no fault of the customer is unacceptable and there needs to be compensation. Then lack of communication and support is terrible. Hope you receive good news and a delivery soon mate
@AHSMRK7@SamsungUK@SamsungHelpUK I got annoyed and relentlessly called samsung and DPD yesterday. I got the same info as you, 6-10 days for investigation before redelivery is even contemplated. One rep from samsung basically said: this could take weeks to resolve. I'm never buying direct from Samsung again.

@AHSMRK7@SamsungUK Dagenham depot. I managed to get someone from the live chat confirm package was "lost" which I screenshot straight away. Samsung Shop app is now showing 5th Feb delivery, but if it's coming via DPD... its in God's hands!!!
