@AmtrakNECAlerts The loss of like is absolutely tragic. However Amtrak should have a plan under these circumstances. A five hour stop is ridiculously unacceptable.

@AmtrakNECAlerts So now at the almost 5 hour sopped mark, they turned off most of the lights and heat so the investigators can go under the train. To be clear the heat was not good this whole trip
