Centre staff. If you are already frustrated, snippy call centre staff (in Ireland) that supposed to be support, is unnecessary. She refused to escalate and gave misinformation. I resolved the issue without your Ireland “support”.

So apparently a woman being harassed and followed by an @ADTSouthAfrica staff member is not being seen as terribly serious. We complained with our local adt said someone will get hold of us and ……..crickets. We now have another security company that protects against adt?
