This girl on tiktok got scammed by bash
On 24 July 2026 | ordered an Apple iPhone 17 256GB from https://t.co/TiYRGJMr5S for R19,999.00.
Order Number: B37035032-01
I chose "Collect at Store" - TotalSports, Tubatse Crossing Mall, Burgersfort.
On 29 July 2026 I went to collect. I opened the package at the counter WITH TotalSports staff as witnesses.
The box was tampered, damaged, and EMPTY.
There was no iPhone inside. please note that on the pictures the blue plastic was sealed.
I took photos as proof in store.
the staff contacted Bash immediately, they told the staff they will communicate with me through email. I attached what they were saying They refused a refund, replacement, or any help.
I am now R19,999 down with nothing to show for it.
I have reported Bash to the National Consumer Commission @NCC_SA and I am opening a SAPS case for fraud.
Allow me to reintroduce myself.
My name is Gugulethu Khumalo, but you know me as Berita. I play guitar, sing and write songs. I love music. I’m also just a girl who loves fashion and is a hopeless romantic.
I want to give you music that feels like a breath of fresh air. It’s soulful, romantic and a reflection of the woman that I’ve become.

When Kehlani said “Safe, like the money, let it sit up in the bank, Safe!!” @StandardBankZA left the chat, your money is 100% NOT safe with them. The actual bank steals from you. Their own banker fraudulently transferred over R1M out of my aunt’s account during a course of a day alone (R120k, R200k x3, R90k, R97k, R29k+ to SBSBA accounts, THEIR OWN BANK!!!) + more next day.
While she was ON THE PHONE with their fraud dept, money KEPT GOING OUT!!! Even next day after they claimed her card is blocked, payments still went off.
We confronted them, they want to refund full amount BUT ONLY if she signs waiver giving up her right to legal action, basically SILENCING HER???
Why is an entire bank protecting insider fraud??? Redacting records, hiding where it went, pushing settlement over transparency? @StandardBankZA make it make sense NOW!!!!!
You’re a racist ass bank stealing from black people!!!
We demand public explanation and REFUND!!!
