> Don't memorize Big O notation.
> Don't stay up debugging edge cases.
> Don't read that 500-page system design book.

Just:
• Learn enough to understand what you're asking AI to do
• Build one project
• Get the job
• Use AI from day 1

You just wasted 5 years optimizing for a world that no longer exists.

RESTful APIs may be dead soon. Instead, web services may expose a single POST entry point for a prompt. Internally, an AI agent may decide how to interpret it and what to do with the data and the database.

@brettaesch Had to work three jobs this summer to comfortably afford to come here this year, and for being an RA for Haury, I get free room and board. I get they need the rise in tuition and room prices to renovate the housing but dang, I feel bad for those less fortunate than me here rn.
