Last week, we were proud to host the 10th anniversary celebration of the @SMschoolofmusic. MacEwan provides space for the school, offering free after-school music education for approximately 150 students in Grades 4–12 who have limited access to traditional music programs.
The evening was made even more special by the presence of @SarahMcLachlan, whose vision for accessible music education continues to create opportunities for young people. Watching students perform was a powerful reminder of the impact that can be achieved when community organizations work together to remove barriers and invest in potential.
We are proud to support a partnership that helps young musicians develop their skills, confidence and love of music.
