Sixty years of student success have proven one thing: the journey may start at NorQuest, but it doesn’t end here.
In honour of NorQuest’s 60th anniversary, we created a short video to celebrate the college’s legacy and the people who are part of it: https://t.co/ZHVOZjRPLP
Happy Pride Month!
We are strongest when we are inclusive and celebrate our differences together, which is why we continue to make our campus a place of inclusion for all. We celebrate the 2SLGBTQIA+ community every day of the year, but this month a little louder & prouder 🌈❤️
June is National Indigenous History Month. This month, we look forward to celebrating and honouring the history, heritage, and diversity of Indigenous peoples in this land, and also recognizing the lingering impact of a history of injustice.

Thank you to Delnor Construction and the Mental Health Foundation for partnering with us to bring together post-secondary education, the private sector, and community expertise. We stand with you in the belief that mental health education is essential to healthcare training.
This week is National Nursing Week and this year’s theme is The Power of Nurses to Transform Health.
We are so proud of our Practical Nurse program and nursing as a profession. What an honour & a privilege it is to have the NorQuest name behind each of our graduates!

Grateful to be part of the @YWCAEdmonton Women of Distinction Awards, celebrating women who lift each other up. Being recognized for expanding inclusive education and workforce training at @NorQuest is especially meaningful. When we open doors for others, Alberta moves forward.
Congrats to NorQuest President and CEO Carolyn Campbell on receiving this year’s Business & Entrepreneur YWCA Women of Distinction Award!
Carolyn received this award for her outstanding work in expanding inclusive education & workforce pathways as President & CEO of NorQuest.
Last week we held our annual Indigenous Completion Ceremony. This event gives Indigenous graduates the opportunity to celebrate with their family, friends, and elders in a way that honours their ancestors and commemorates their traditions.
Congratulations for your achievement!
We welcome today’s federal investments, including $165M for college‑led applied research through the College and Community Innovation program and the launch of Team Canada Strong to build the skilled trades workforce Canada urgently needs.
Every year, colleges and institutes lead more than 8,500 applied research projects, delivering the economic and social solutions Canada needs most, from housing and energy to defence, health care, and productivity.
We are delighted to see a strong focus on the next generation of skilled tradespeople. Canada’s pan‑Canadian network of colleges and institutes will be core partners in training the people who will deliver prosperity across the country.
Colleges, institutes, CEGEPs, polytechnics, and Indigenous Institutes of Education are central to supporting Canada’s national missions, turning ambition into real outcomes for communities, learners, and employers.

Last week we held our annual spring Open House!
Our campus was buzzing as thousands of guests connected with NorQuest to explore how they can find their path and transform their lives.
Thank you to everyone who attended; we're already looking forward to the next one 🙂
I was honoured to attend yesterday’s ceremony at NorQuest College marking Red Dress Day. I was particularly moved by guest speaker Prairie Adaoui-Dustyhorn and her call for strength and healing in the face of violence. We must all stand united in honouring the memory of MMIWG2S+.
May 5 is Red Dress Day, a national day of awareness for missing and murdered Indigenous women, girls, and 2SLGBTQI+ people (MMIWG2S.)
Today, and every day, we honour the lives and legacies of #MMIWG2S by listening to their stories and commemorating their strength and spirits.
It was an honour to attend the @NorQuest Indigenous Completion Ceremony, celebrating students’ strength, identity, and hard work. Education rooted in belonging and reciprocity can truly change lives. Warmest congratulations to the graduates!
Our Open House is officially open!
Stop by today until 6pm and explore all that NorQuest College has to offer.
