I just tried to change my address since I moved, & it gives me zero options to verify MGB. I’m spending close to 5000 a month on Google ads &I need to update my address. I need to have a live video call ASAP To verify my account

@Uber_Support hey can you fix the issue at Tampa/ Tampa airport…we have someone who is able to get into uber backend and is controlling and selling trips. It’s messing things up for lots of drivers.

@AskLyft can you please fix the driving time? If we are sitting at the airport or down town waiting for trips and not even driving we loose driving time. 12 hour driving time is fine but it shouldn’t count if we aren’t actually driving.

@Uber @Uber_Support how does this new pricing model add up? $28 for 12.8 miles and $28 for 47.5 miles. Go back to old pay model, this is why tons of drivers are declining crappy pay rides, customer still got charged a lot and we get scraps

@Uber what are y’all doing with these prices?? Us drivers getting $3.50 boost plus surge on a Saturday night and still end up less than a $1 a mile? Been paying us less and less but still charging customers the same what the hell
