What is agro-tourism? Simply put, it’s tourism centered around agriculture i.e. visiting farms, learning about local produce, or enjoying farm-to-table experiences. These experiences connect visitors with local communities, culture, and nature, while supporting sustainable livelihoods.

A huge thank you to our Board Chair for hosting the UTB team at the Zirobwe farm immersion last week. We learned first-hand how agro-tourism can elevate Uganda’s tourism offerings and create authentic experiences for visitors.
