Tonight I did my first front squat with the bar completely on my shoulders! So much growth in 4 weeks! Sounds like such a small gain, but 4 weeks ago I had very limited wrist mobility cause from previous arm fractures and having casts on both arms #Crossfit447 #Growth #CrossFit
