I think battle of bc is one of the greatest events ever. I mainly treated it as a vacation as it has been one of my bucket list events.
I think I went to it at the right time and I went for the right reasons. What an amazing time. I got to socialize, meet people I haven't seen in years, hang with the biggest names, experience so much, grow closer with friends who joined me in the trip from Chicago, and just experience so many perfect little experiences that I wish I could fit in one tweet.
It's such a beautiful event that in many ways feels so catered towards me as a person. The best part had to be just seeing everyone behind Galint again after so long but also just everything about the event was so amazing. I loved every second of it.
There was so much to do, so much to see, and so many things to appreciate.
Finally, thank you so much for the kind words for those who chatted with me this weekend. I love nasb so much and push it to the extreme. For people to also say stuff like "every game needs a Cherrynasb" is just incredibly awesome. It feels really cool to be noticed when you care about something and for others to not only notice but be acknowledged for the work you put in for your scene just in every way of the word.
If you made it this far know one final thing. So many more people play nasb2 than you know.... They are lurking in the shadows enjoying it in silence to the public eye. They may even walk among you all every day....
W event, W people, W TOs, W event. LONG LIVE BATTLE OF BC! #BOBC8
Been going here pretty consistently for a little over a year now and I made so many good friends in that time. It’s honestly been such a privilege to meet other scrims-goers ❤️
