Our Zoom API has now proved stable for around 5 months, with very few issues. We are therefore going to retire V3 from any future none security/bug fix updates. Going forward only V4 will receive any enhancements.
All versions of the Laravel Zoom API have been updated to allow custom questions when a registrant is registering.
Also with Laravel dropping support for Laravel 5.5 we will also drop support for Laravel Zoom API V2 - this will be the last update to this version.
@DarkLaden Hi @DarkLaden, No this package is for managing the creation and updating of meetings and webinars. You will still need to use the zoom client, an iframe or find a package that uses the Web SDK. We do plan to enhance to use the SDK but its not a priority for us at present.
Finally our Laravel API package received a few changes over the weekend including adding support for Guzzle 7. Use v1.1.2, v2.1.2 and v3.1.2 are the latest versions
Also a little reminder that we will drop support for v2 of the Laravel Zoom API package on the 31st of August when Laravel LTS support for Laravel 5.5 is over.
Thanks to all who use our @zoom_us API client for @laravelphp, we hit a little milestone today. Our production ready version was released 27th May and has been downloaded around 10000 in 2 months. Thank you
Just a quick note that @laravelphp 5.5 support ends on 30th August 2020, at which point we will stop supporting any of our packages that are for V5.5 - 5.8. So now is probably a good time to look to upgrade.
