The fact that doctors can prescribe is not a valid reason as then why not get an extra doctor rather than a PA?

I only ask for one reason.

@BucksRam That first table is for non-training registrar level doctors. I.e. a job where you need a minimum of 5 years experience as a doctor and a job where you can't progress further unless you go back into training. Also, what perks?

@pounce_uk @guardian It's not a pay rise, it's pay to be restored to the same it was. Doctors aren't asking to be paid any more than what doctors 15-20 years ago were being paid despite having many more patients to look after
