Christians, we gotta stop cussing and liking/retweeting stuff with profanity in it. don’t take this as judging, but calling you to do better and truly live like your old self is dead.

men: just tell him no thank you, & you’re not interested
me: no thank you
men in real life: wow forreal sweetheart? it’s like that? i’m that ugly? we can’t even be friends? damn. where you going tho? why you walking so fast? can i come?
you’re worthy of flowers.
you’re worthy of being pursued.
you’re worthy of being respected.
you’re worthy of being prayed over.
you’re worthy of true love.
you’re worthy of a man who treats you how God calls women to be treated.
read those again until it sticks.
Modesty applies to more than just what we wear. Modesty applies to what we watch & listen to. Modesty applies to our speech, action, & most importantly intentions. We don’t get to draw the line where modesty begins, because God already drew the line, and it starts at the heart.
Pray before you respond. Pray before you decide. Pray before you offer advice. Pray before you lovingly correct. When you pray before, your response will usually not be the same as it was going to be before you prayed. Let God speak before you speak. Let Him direct your steps.
