@LeShuttle Hi, is there a way to contact pet reception? I have a very specific query re my dog's AHC... (only pet reception would be able to answer, it is not something that would be answered in the FAQ's etc)
thanks
@LeShuttle
Hi is there a way to get in touch with the pet reception? I have a complicated query re my dog's AHC (unfortunately very specific, not a query where answer will be found online in FAQS)
@Neilsocialist So why is all accommodation completely sold out - (or the few lodgings available being offered at impossible prices) ?
Even some campsites are fully booked- I was imagining it would be a bumper tourist season.
@Dafkagirl@first_cadet@cspan@RandPaul Sadly as been proved over here in the UK, even the highest regarded "panel of experts" can be in thrall to political/institutional forces. Eg they can spin their conclusions to suit the desired outcome. That's the grey part.
Senator was questioning the reliability of the experts
@LawDavF Worth investigating that assumption of a 5-6 doubling rate. I was very surprised in early March to read of a 5-6 day rate, as in Germany, Italy etc they had widely available data showing a 2-3 day rate. Why did UK think their rate was slower? I asked NF this at the time- no reply
@No1SportsBraUK Hi, Im trying to find the Run bra in "summer fun blue (navy/lime) and a particular size, but it's sold out everywhere! Could I ask if "summer fun blue" is still in production or will I have to settle for a different colour combination?!
@NJC1300 @Glostermeteor@MrRobTyson@toadmeister Even if R0 was less than 1 before lockdown, so what? It wouldn't have stayed that way for long if no measures put in place.
@CricketGrabber @toadmeister 215? Not sure where that figure comes from, unless you count every health condition, however small and innocuous, as an 'underlying condition'.
@mw_kay@henrymance Some would say that for the elderly/frail the hospital treatment would be too traumatic, they would have little chance of survival, so better not to put them through it. Personally I don't agree at all, but it's a moral medical decision hat happens often- even outside of Covid19
@mw_kay@henrymance Because many care home residents were asked to sign DNR orders at start of the Covid19 outbreak. Therefore they did not qualify for hospital care and only received palliative care at their place of residence.
@Glassey@StigAbell Speaking from Italy, it's not that we're saner or better educated- it's simply that the rules are very strict, the fines are very high (โฌ500-โฌ5000 approx) and the Carabinieri are tough law enforcers. No one dares
mess about.
@jessphillips Sorry, but I think the current govt would quite easily ignore it. In fact, they probably wouldn't even admit it was happening if it didn't fit their narrative.
