@sezzleinc Literally some of the worst customer service I have experienced. On Day 5 of waiting for an “update” to my account. Numerous calls and chats and I’m still waiting. Paying for a service that I’m not getting. The concept of Sezzle is great, the customer service sucks.

Swifties are no longer the only victims of the stupidness called @TMFanSupport They’ve went and pissed off a whole other demographic now. Lawn seats are already listed for double face value. Completely unnecessary.

@Ticketmaster is at it again! In the queue with 2 accounts and clicked so many times on many available tickets to just get an alert they had already been purchased for over 45 minutes. Finally, out of both accounts I was able to get tickets in my cart only 1 time. 1 time. How????

@FarmAid And @TMFanSupport swore they had everything fixed after the debacle with Taylor Swift tickets. Obviously not. Their system crashed earlier this week during presales of Taylor tickets in France. #getottogetherforthefans

@FarmAid Will you eventually allow transfer of the tickets? I got 4 lawn seats during the presale, but got lucky and was able to get 4 pavilion in today’s sale and no longer need the lawn seats. I don’t to use a resale site and would love to get the lawn seats to someone at cost.

@SwiftiesWantTix In the queue today to get tickets to FarmAid. Logged in on 3 accounts w/a laptop, iPad, and iPhone. Was in the Waiting Room 10 min before it opened. Laptop went first and was immediately at 2000+, then my phone and iPad. Wonky how assigns spots. My phone went last and was closest
