This is 4 palettes I have not received after paying for them. I have emailed about My most recent today!
Please cancel my subscription- it’s clearly too much trouble to get to the UK

@deckofscarlet this month I needed to pay a £13.35 ($17.18) on customs charge. I’ve never had to pay this before... is this right? This is on top of the subscription cost
