Cannot fathom the stipend to tuition/fees ratios I’m seeing. I genuinely don’t understand how students are supposed to pay rent in some of these cities.
Kind of insane how nice it is to be in an environment where people are genuinely interested in sharing stories about research experiences and scientific interests

Education is the biggest threat to the @GOP. The more "low-information" voters there are, the better they do. Tenured professors have always been their prized target. They want academics to feel too vulnerable to speak truth to power.
