I came to this platform to resolve what was an obvious YouTube error and it’s been nothing but a colossal waste of time. I’ll keep fighting @TeamYouTube on your own platform where I have a 221k subs and more influence. If my case remains unresolved by the 6th (the day you claim to refund withheld revenue to advertisers) this will escalate further and I’ll be requesting more than the withheld funds.
1. Not mass produced or templated as shown in my appeal video
2. Your own policy states educational content is viewed differently
3. We see the random remonetizations of other channels and your admission of error.
4. You haven’t promptly responded to queries often going weeks with silence
5. My legal representatives and governmental regional advisor have both concluded you’re in the wrong and have send you a legal demand letter to look into my case and release my funds.
6. I’m going off the platform until remonetization as my mental health has greatly suffered from this especially the last 3 days so great job you can claim a win. Correspondence will have to be over email.

@Nico_bany @thesarmie Because everything is delayed, when they demonetized me on April 17th they took not only all my April revenue but also my March revenue which was for work done in February! They won’t remonetize me before the 50 days so I’ll never see that revenue now

I'm crashing out today because since yesterday it seems there are over 100 channels remonetized and keeps ignoring me. YT support kept me waiting 5 minutes over and over for an hour and a half and then gave me the same templated response from over a month ago. I haven't heard a thing about the legal demand letter we sent last week, and I'm ready to escalate further if this isn't resolved this week. I had money saved up to move but i'll blow it all on this idgaf anymore i'll just go back to having zero savings. I thought @YouTube and @teamyoutube were professional but they have been disgraceful during this whole ordeal. How long must this go on @TeamYouTube? You said my channel provided no significant educational value, but it is viewed by teachers and students around the world. It is/was part of the Player for Education program. You're actively hurting me, 221k subscribers, and so many others, for a dumb error that no one is looking into. I've seen so many get remonetized today please put this channel on the list today.

I’ve also heard that Support keeps just rechecking the snapshot of your page that they took when they demonetized you so the AI system will always just confirm the demonetization. I’m going on 45 days now and desperately trying to get it back before the 50 days. I even paid 1400 to get a legal demand letter sent. It seems like really nothing matters and without a huge following you’re just st their mercy
