Having good inner parenting skills is the exception, not the norm, and it's the root of a lot of loss of productivity and bad role-employee fit. I'll bet $50 that if we studied it, we'd see that giving employees the resources to skill up in inner parenting saves lots of money.

@mattdesl Things that incite feelings of mathematical sublimity in me: certain music (esp. Bach), reminders of our relative smallness here on this edge of the galaxy, a really beautiful math problem. But I imagine you can layer these? Perhaps infinitude just doesn't land for some? Idk
