The bravery it takes to share this experience is incredible, but I’m so so sad it was needed in the first place. I’d love to know if Aria and Nancy think the “bonding” from being forced to share rooms was worth it. #dosomethingdidnothing
I think it’s important for former staff who were not fired to share why they left and if they had abusive experiences working under Nancy. We have to help discredit the narrative she is trying to push to get out of taking responsibility. #NotMyCrisisTextLine
Yet I wholeheartedly support and defend the things that my former coworkers have said and reported. All of the anxiety I had while working there is back just from writing this. Bravo to them for speaking out when others would/could not. #NotMyCrisisTextLine
The main point of this thread is to say that I was not fired, I was never reprimanded for anything while working there, and after I gave notice, Nancy even reach out and asked me to stay. #NotMyCrisisTextLine
