For example: If I have Two 8 GB RAM and one 8 and one 16 GB RAM, the performance will be approximately the same. Now suggest me what should I do???

8 GB RAM
RTX 3050
Ryzen 7 4800H

Now the doubt that I'm having is should I buy an extra 8 GB RAM Stick and have a 16GB version or should I have a 16 GB RAM and make it a 24 GB?

I was searching about this on Reddit and got to know that Two different specs of RAM does not have a significant performance imprvemnt
