No one will have any problem if NTB, Departments or other non-residential areas are made as quarantine centres instead of Hostels. Also, many people who attend coaching classes for GATE, CAT, GRE etc. totally depend on Hostels. (1/2)

Qurantine centres must be located in outskirts of the city. Govt. has huge no. of govt. schools, rest-houses, etc. But just to save money in installation of few amenities they are converting State's one of the best engineering college to a house of viruses.
