Employee mindset ≠ contractor mindset. Contractor mindset ≠ solopreneur mindset. Solopreneur mindset ≠ operator mindset.
Each level requires a different way of thinking, different responsibilities, and different sacrifices. Every step up comes with unique problems you have to grow into.
Success isn’t just about managing your time, it’s about managing your energy.
I’ve noticed my life moves in seasons. There are seasons of intense building and execution, where I can produce at a high level. Then there are seasons of exhaustion, where I intentionally slow down and give myself permission to rest.
Ironically, rest is often where the answers to my hardest problems appear. When I stop forcing solutions, I can finally hear the quiet intuition that was there all along.
Ask God for wisdom and direction. Then be still long enough to recognize His guidance, and have the courage to follow it.
The drive to win comes from holding two opposing forces at once: the conviction that you can succeed and the refusal to become satisfied. A winning mindset recognizes every achievement, but a mindset that never settles sees even greater mountains to climb. The tension between the two creates relentless ambition—the desire to push through obstacles, reject complacency, and refuse anything less than your full potential.
I’ve found that many of the people who preach “choose kindness” are often some of the least kind people I’ve encountered.
They’re almost as bad as the people who say “forever home.”
@BrandonFugal@nickshirleyy We are seeing rents double in Childress TX from nearby data centers coming in forcing locals people to move due to costs. Any thoughts on this and what can be done?
We all just need to come together and file a massive class action for stuff like this.
Meta has caused hundreds of millions (maybe more) in damages over the years by banning users and shutting down ad accounts with no reason or path for appeal.
10 million accounts were disabled in 2026 innocently for reasons like “account integrity” and “bypassing rules”.
Instagram is silent. @andymstone is silent. And Adam Mosseri never talks about it. All they talk about is how good their platform is, and when it comes to customer service, there is none. Creators are worthless for them. I spent 7 years being a content creator on Instagram, and they shut me down instead of rewarding me.
Can we have the press cover this? Where are the journalists?
I lost my Instagram accounts that had a total of 10M+ followers combined.
My accounts were very big accounts like @pubity. But because I have no connection like @pubity’s owner, I have no help.
My Instagram accounts got disabled because they flagged my IP and device and all accounts connected to my device were banned.
Even though I had 10M followers and was among the top 1% content creators, I do not have any support.
I tried to recover my accounts, but after successful recovery, the system ban my accounts again because they flagged my device and my account history.
Basically I can’t do anything except uninstalling the app and losing years of my effort. I have not violated the community guidelines. The @AIatMeta is flagging devices and IP’s for no reason and ruin peoples life.
I don’t know who to tag, but I will tag @andymstone since he is the only guy that seems active on X, even though he is useless and ignores all the problems I am pointing out.
This is why I firmly believe AI will never fully take over media buying.
The only way to do it correctly at a large scale is to break things and when those cracks get patched you need to throw more shit at the wall to see what you can destroy.
Doing what the social platforms recommend 10/10 times is 100% wrong.
Hey @instagram@Meta, your automated ban system is completely broken and anti-consumer. I’ve lost 3+ years of irreplaceable personal memories on a strictly private account that has NEVER violated a single community guideline. A thread on how broken your "appeal" loop is: 👇
