@DrKyleSmith Not online, but could you maybe do an optogenetics demo by sending each student a couple of flies and a lamp via mail? (Is that even legal?) You could still make the students open the package while on a zoom call, so they can talk to each other while working on it.

These structures may allow the octopus to perceive second-order motion. @MaechlerMarvin shows experimental evidence for this, but laments that his octopus is only good for 1 trial a day. #slowscience #ECVP2019
