🚨THREE days before executing Alex Pretti, the SAME agents almost killed another U.S. citizen…🚨
While illegally detaining unaccompanied minors, using excessive force, causing multiple car accidents, and assaulting multiple U.S. citizens… all in one video.
The video starts with agents checking the ID of a 16-year-old girl they had just hit with their car.
She has a U.S. passport.
They don’t care.
They had already taken her 15-year-old brother after scanning his face.
They seize her passport, and then handcuff her.
At the front of the car, you can see a U.S. citizen legally observing.
Not interfering, or moving.
Just filming.
Suddenly, agents swarm them and tackle them to the ground.
Multiple men put their full body weight on the person’s back. One agent hits them in the face, and then pushes his knee into their face, while another pulls the person’s hair…
All while the person lays motionless.
Their nose starts bleeding into the snow. They’re struggling to talk, let alone breathe. All while they are not resisting.
When the agents finally lift them up, blood is running down their face.
And the agent’s rampage continues.
Agents are then seen smashing a car window and try to grab the driver while the car is not in park, nearly running over another agent in the process.
Multiple people are now on the ground.
One man has been pepper sprayed, his glasses knocked off.
A woman walks up.
Without warning, an agent pepper sprays her directly in the eyes, blinding her, while they yell at her to move.
She can’t see where she’s going, so the person filming has to lead her to the sidewalk.
The camera turns back.
The man who was pepper sprayed earlier is now standing, lethargic, disoriented, and unable to see without his glasses, and with pepper spray in his eyes.
They slam him back to the ground.
An agent walks over, pepper sprays him again, inches from his eyes, and casually walks away.
This is believed to be the same agent who later shot Alex Pretti in the back.
As three agents put their full weight on this man, other agents begin throwing tear gas, including a canister thrown right next to his head.
The entire area fills with thick smoke.
You can hear agents accidentally hitting a car because they can’t see.
After multiple pepper sprayings, physical assault, and tear gas deployment right next to his face, the agents simply stand up and walk away.
They leave him lying in the middle of the street, surrounded by smoke, without glasses, effectively blinded, after already causing crashes due to lack of visibility.
Eventually, he manages to get up and run for help, begging bystanders to assist him.
And these are the same agents who later illegally assaulted women for filming, then assaulted Alex Pretti for helping them, using excessive force, pepper spray, and bear spray…
Before tackling Alex Pretti, beating him, removing his legal firearm…
and executing him.
This is what happens when agents are trained to ignore the Constitution, are protected from consequences, and told that violence is policy.
If this blatant abuse is allowed to continue, it’s no longer a question of if another U.S. citizen will die…
It’s only a question of when, and how many more they think they can get away with before anyone stops them.
🚨BREAKING: ICE is attempting to kidnap parents from outside their homes, fully prepared to leave young children behind with no adult present.
In this video, in Columbia Heights, Minnesota, ICE is taking a single mother, who has Family Reunification Parole, while her children are inside the house.
She stepped outside to warm up her car.
ICE approached her and tried to take her immediately.
She is begging him to wait. Begging him to let her call someone.
Both of her children are U.S. citizens.
ICE was prepared to take this woman away while her young children waited inside, unsupervised.
And this isn’t an accident.
This is the direct result of the Trump administration terminating DHS Family Reunification Parole.
That policy was created because separating children from their parents causes extreme, lasting harm.
Kids disappear when systems fail. Because family separation leads to trauma, exploitation, and trafficking… the thing republicans use to scream about nonstop.
And now they are silent when children are openly being trafficked.
This mother already lived through that once.
In 2018, under Trump, she was taken by the government and separated from her daughter, who is now 8 and a U.S. citizen.
Her child suffered severe trauma as a result.
Under the Biden administration, there was an effort to undo some of that damage. Families were reunited, and she got her child back.
Now she’s a single mom of two.
And they’re doing it again.
By terminating Family Reunification Parole, DHS is once again forcing impossible choices on asylum seekers and undocumented parents…
Take your children back to the dangerous conditions you fled, where they could be killed or trafficked…
or leave them here, where they can be dumped into a broken foster system, separated from family, and trafficked anyway.
That’s not “border security.”
That’s state-sanctioned child endangerment.
We already know what happens when you rip children from their parents.
We already watched kids vanish.
We already watched the trauma.
Republicans spent years claiming “unaccompanied minors” were being trafficked into this system…
When the reality was, many of those children were placed with family members.
Now, they are deliberately CREATING unaccompanied minors who don’t have family here… Making it easier than ever, in an already broken system, to traffic children.
Every Republican accusation is a confession.
🚨BREAKING: Border Patrol agents illegally smashed through the glass door of a locked auto body shop, without a warrant, to detain the shop owner and an employee, in West Valley City, Utah.
Yes, agents are violating the Constitution all over the country, not just in Minnesota.
In the video, two agents are already standing inside the body shop when the owner’s wife asks them the most basic, constitutionally required question, “Do you have a warrant?” …after they broke in.
They illegally ignore her request and instead tell HER to stay back.
She continues demanding to see a warrant.
And then they say the quiet part out loud: “We don’t need one.”
They absolutely do, which is exactly what she tells them.
They continue ignoring her, after illegally breaking into a locked, private business, while ordering her to back up inside her own workplace.
The agents then begin questioning the shop owner and an employee, despite not knowing their status, and having zero probable cause.
She tells them, “My lawyer is coming, do you want to get sued?”
And the agents laugh.
Sit with that.
Border Patrol agents force entry into a private business, without a warrant, and laugh about accountability.
The agents admit on camera that they broke the glass door to enter the private property.
She says that’s why you had to break in… “Because you don’t have a warrant!”
And the agent says again: “It’s because we don’t need one.”
They detain the shop owner and an employee anyway, after breaking in, without a warrant… despite both men having no criminal records.
This is a blatant Fourth Amendment violation.
A locked business is private property… where a warrant is not optional.
If this is tolerated, it sets the precedent that federal agents can smash their way into ANY business, detain whoever they want, and disappear them.
That is not law enforcement.
That is an open assault on constitutional rights.
@MarioNawfal You of all people should understand that this is performative. Who is going to evaluate 2million + emails to make an individual determinations? You’d need hundreds of new employees just to that one task. …. This is all for show… meant to demoralize federal workers.
@WhiteHouse Prithee, inform thine Lord Trump that he hast left behind his little complementary bag of party favors and small gummy treats in mine office.
@SimonReye@anna66825570@JaneCaro@danmharb So you’re saying there’s no difference between humans and embryos because you choose to call embryos humans. Compelling circular argument.
@Sevac10@JaneCaro@SimonG42970343 A newborn can be looked after by anyone. An unborn child is reliant on one person. That seems like a pretty huge distinction to me.
@iamjakimac@abcnews Well, it could be — and look, this is just speculation — that they looked into it and found the evidence did not support your premise.
Hey @Ticketmaster_AU, what’s the deal with not being able to opt out of wine spam? I don’t drink wine, but I keep getting it advertised to me. It seems morally wrong to not have an opt out for that since reformed alcoholics exist, and might prefer not being offered wine deals.
@SimonReye@anna66825570@JaneCaro@danmharb You know embryos created for IVF frozen for up to ten years and sometimes discarded when they’re not needed, right? (Oh, I just fact checked myself — some places are offering 55 years now.) At this point we can’t freeze humans and bring them back to life; too complex.
@iamjakimac@QueenslandRail As I said, you need to tell people about what’s happening or how will they know? Weird that you’re commenting on me taking my own advice.
I can’t clean it myself when there’s a bag of rubbish when I get on the train at the start of a 45 minute journey and I have no rubbish bag.
@iamjakimac@abcnews So you think their job is to contact you and say “hey, what do you care about? We want to cater to your personal needs”. That’s literally been how it’s always worked for soapbox issues. Investigative journalists live on tip offs.
@nub @tprstly Easier for AI to scan info online or a database than for someone to recall everything they have learnt about a particular topic. But I wouldn’t trust AI to do it alone, as AI lacks nuance.
@kentonagbone@nfornathan @tprstly Ish. “…having a radiologist and AI system working together was 2.6% better at detecting breast cancer than a radiologist alone.” Helping people is what it’s best at.
