Why do you think women waited for the Industrial Revolution before fighting for the right to vote and work?
You think they didn't SEE those jobs? Coal mines were there. War was there. Digging ditches, building railroads, dying at 30 from hard labor…that was there for THOUSANDS of years.
They were QUIET. No protests. No "we want equal rights to work in the mines."
Then suddenly... factories. Offices. Chairs. AC. Typewriters. Safe, clean, indoor work that men invented with machines.
NOW it's "We deserve to work! We deserve to vote!" we are oppressed.
Feminism wasn't a random awakening.
It was a planned movement timed perfectly for when being a man stopped meaning hard labor and started meaning privilege.
They didn't want equality with men. You wanted equality with the REWARDS men created AFTER they did all the suffering
@Ndiks17 Hugh was vocal about this, even Ous Baby *Kabelo Mabalane's Mom* called him to step in when Kabelo was deep in it. She did thag because Ntate Hugh came out and openly spoke about it. Offprings dia bora sometimes
