BREAKING: DOJ says it's intensifying its crackdown on "birth tourism" following the Supreme Court's birthright citizenship ruling.

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche says the practice is a "booming industry" and argues people who travel to the U.S. on tourist visas solely to give birth are violating federal law.

He says the Justice Department will coordinate with the FBI and Homeland Security Investigations to target those cases while the administration continues its broader effort to restrict birthright citizenship abuse.

We introduced a constitutional amendment to clarify the 14th Amendment. A person born in the United States is “subject to the jurisdiction” of the United States and eligible for citizenship ONLY if at least one parent is a U.S. citizen, a U.S. national, or a lawful permanent resident.

Children of illegal immigrants will no longer receive automatic citizenship simply by being born on American soil.

We cannot continue to allow this systematic abuse of the Constitution at the expense of the American people.

Justice Kavanaugh just DROPPED THE HAMMER on women's sports and this should have been a 9-0 decision, not 6-3.

He went straight back to why Title IX was created in the first place.

Before Title IX:
Only ~300,000 girls played high school sports.
3.6 MILLION boys did.

After Title IX?
Exploded to around 3.5 MILLION girls.

That law changed everything for women.

Now the left wants to drag America backward while pretending it's "progress."

Kavanaugh laid out the obvious biological differences between men and women : height, weight, strength, speed, endurance, jumping ability.

Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson once said she couldn't define a woman because she's "not a biologist."

An ACLU lawyer arguing a women's rights case before the Court couldn't even define what a woman is.

How do you show up to argue for women's rights and not even know what a woman is?

This ruling should have been unanimous.

Women's sports exist for a reason.
Title IX exists for a reason.

Protecting biological girls in their own category isn't controversial unless your ideology has completely replaced reality.
