@FlockySquee @nmr900 If the peaks are sharp and TopSpin is up to date, then you could try using APBK for phasing & baseline correction.

Alternatively, you could record a blank spectrum and subtract it. The bump comes from the probe, so the signal should be pretty consistent.

@guajacqui Young NMR tube + glovebox? Oh, and remember to backfill the NMR tube with nitrogen or argon if you decide to evacuate it. We had someone put a tube that was still under vacuum in the magnet and the liquid boiled at the slightest disturbance. Makes locking & shiming difficult ;)

Saved an #NMR magnet tonight. Went to the neighbouring lab because they'd had trouble filling it. Not only was it out of nitrogen, but it had burned through three months worth of helium in two weeks. Took us three hours to find a working dewar and fill it, but we stabilised it!
