@Sosie2 You must use the app to apply for credit card, loans etc.Literally everything you want, otherwise you can call the private wealth suites (call centre 4 private wealth) where everytime you call you will talk to a different person and chances are they will refer you back to the app

@Sosie2 You are jumping from the hot pan to the fire. I’m with fnb, they’ve changed how they use to work. I was a private wealth client. No bankers for private wealth, you have a bank analyst who only helps with policies, will etc, You must use the app for your day to day banking
