I had a customer question why when I told her don't worry, I am going to sweep later. She thought it was weird that Tmobile didn't have a cleaning crew for our small store. I told her it helps me take pride in my showroom.

I love helping our customers have the best #magenta experience. Yea its great when that 5 line lay down walks in, but it feels great to take a customer who doesn't know how to use their phone, and teach them so they can use video chat or facebook. It always comes back to you!
