A gang of middle school aged kid criminals is committing armed robberies in Pierce County.

As KIRO NewsRadio's Charlie Harger put it:
"Booked and Released" if you are a juvenile. We suspect that is what will happen when these criminals are caught, because the system is so very broken.

Hopefully they don't kill someone first.

At 2am this morning, the WA House Democrats passed HB 1296 Parental Rights Gutting under the cover of darkness.

Perhaps the worst part of it are the amendments they voted down:
❌ 9 year olds can't excuse themselves from campus
❌ Parents must be notified if their child doesn't appear at school or leaves campus
❌ Disallow Boys to shower with Girls
❌ Disallow Boys in the Girls' bathrooms
❌ Disallow OSPI to punish schools for non-compliance with state policies that violate Federal Law
❌ Parents must be notified if a medical incident happened to their child at school
❌ Parents must be notified when a medical procedure happens that requires Insurance
❌ Parents must be notified if their child is assaulted off school campus
❌ Parents must be notified if their child is SEXUALLY ASSAULTED BY A SCHOOL EMPLOYEE off campus- Democrats not only voted this one down, but they added an amendment that explicitly allows schools to hide this information
❌ Allow Parents to request their child's medical records
❌ Allow Parents to review GRAPHIC material before instruction
❌ Allow suspensions of repeat disruptive students
❌ Remove the Emergency Clause to allow Referendum
❌ Send HB 1296 to the voters since it unwinds I-2081

Washington state's SB 5266 lets juvenile criminals petition for early release at the age of 24 ... even if they committed a double murder. And to help them transition back into society, taxpayers have to cover the cost of their rent.
