Importantly, FLR Labs has received their second strike on both Songbird and Flare and therefore are permanently prohibited from submitting data. Best FTSO has also received their second strike on Songbird and is permanently prohibited from submitting data on Songbird.

Best FTSO and AiLandFlare each have Flare Management Group Proposals against them still under review by the Flare Foundation.

All first strike proposals will chill each provider (paused from submitting for 2 reward epochs). A second proposal against the data provider on the same chain will permanently block their participation.

While a data provider in the FTSO system is chilled, or otherwise not submitting, the data provider AND their delegators will no longer earn rewards.

The Flare Foundation has agreed with the proposals provided by the Infrastructure Provider Management Group and will enact the chills on chain imminently.

We would like to announce the closed beta release of Satraps Court, our state-of-the-art on-chain voting system. This closed beta marks an important milestone in our journey toward decentralized ground-up governance, and we are excited to have a select number of Senators join us in testing and refining the Satraps Court beta.

Following the closed beta, we plan to open up participation to the entire #Songbird and #Flarenetwork community later in Q1 2024. There will be exciting rewards for participating in the open beta phase. Stay tuned as we will share more on that with our ecosystem partners.

@banker_defi To be clear, I've been extremely supportive of the FTSO Management Group. Most of my $FLR & $SGB delegations are with the headhunters like 4Dads and Aureus Ox. Their efforts have been invaluable. My issue is with the way the proposal was handled.

FIP.05 seeks to have the FTSO Management Group "continue its operation." FIP.02 was discussed and debated rigorously, with many being convinced to vote in favor of the measure due to the group being extremely temporary. This is a bad faith proposal.

@banker_defi There should have been separate proposals. Keeping the Management Group was a short line tucked away at the bottom of the description. This was a very deceptive thing to do. I'd bet most people have no idea keeping the MG was part of FIP.05.
