All I want to do is change my sim over to my new phone and stay on current plan. But if I go to upgrade the cheapest sim only plan is 20 more than I’m currently paying. Why on earth would I stay with Optus?
@optus_help Downloaded app. Got talking in messenger. Received 4 notifications. Went back into app to find them and THERES NO RECORD OF WHATEVER IT IS THEYRE ALERTING ME TO.
@ato_gov_au I am receiving emails to say I need to sign in to mygov to check messages. After sign in it asks for details on a webpage including my bank acc info. As if I’m going to put that onto a webpage. This does not seem secure AT ALL! Anyone know if this is legit?

Nice work @Coles You managed to sell my mum an EMPTY soda stream bottle and make her pay for it. Someone scanned it and failed to notice box was open and empty. How is that possible?

@CentrFit You need to start talking in terms of definite timelines for fixing the issue. If you are unable to fix it, you need to be honest about that too. You also need to be honest about how you will compensate people who still have subscriptions but have been unable to use the app.
@Smadams1019@CentrFit Have received no email or communication from @CentrFit about what’s going on. Have really loved this program. It’s time for you to start being honest about what’s going on. If you think you can’t fix it then say so and think of customers who’ve been loyal for years.
