A ban on flavored vaping products will do a few things: 1. It will close hundreds of small businesses in Florida 2. It will give companies like JUUL a monopoly 3. It will create a massive black market 4. It will cause people to return to deadly cigarette smoke. Vote NO on SB810
House passed HR 2339; a bill its author admitted what we all knew: e-cig ban isn't about kids. It's about stripping "stupid" adults of their ability to make choices about their bodies & access to life-saving alternatives to smoking that actually work. https://t.co/RF6Jhupvpu
Hi. I'm not sure if I'm talking to Jeb Bush or GOP's @JerryTMiller, but I hope whichever weasel I'm talking about knows about @realDonaldTrump latest thoughts about #vapeban. @gopaulblair https://t.co/bbLOF0CNIX
@JerryTMiller RACS is trademarked by JUUL. Are you trying to force us to do business with them? I don't want anything to do with JUUL! Your bill is garbage!
E-cigarettes should be subject to the same fees as tobacco products. We’re continuing to tackle the vaping crisis with legislation that allows @US_FDA to collect user fees from e-cigarette manufacturers to fund stronger oversight of the vaping industry. https://t.co/W8BaR0bbZN
@villa_stultus@GovAndyBeshear That was before sub ohm was standard. People have dropped nic levels. If they wanted to tax according to nic content, that would be far more balanced. Taxing vaping because less people are smoking is backwards. Vaping nic isn't the same public health burden.
I have 100ml bottles that sell for $19.99. You would raise that another $10, making about what I make off said bottle. Meanwhile I take all the risk, and pay overhead, BEFORE getting taxed yet again and collecting sales tax for you. Absurd. @GovAndyBeshear
David Sweanor says "the war against vaping is cigarette manufacturers’ best hope for a lucrative future." E-cigarettes slammed big tobacco stock value from $700 billion to $372 billion. Anti-vaping propaganda and misinformation in 2019 reversed the fall.

My customers are always afraid of what politicians will do next, to vaping. Years of this. I went to Washington, D.C. to protest our President's proposed #vapeban, and you better believe @GovAndyBeshear I'll warn my customers about you, too.
Ticks me off. So many shops have closed already: politics. I'm in the south end of Louisville, a working class area. I keep prices cheap. People here work hard, covered in grease, paint, dirt. You want to tax their smoking remedy. @GovAndyBeshear
