Hello, I believe I’ve been falsely perma banned after not even being on the game for over a week. I was given no explanation until I tried to appeal it and then all of the sudden it’s unauthorized software, and was denied by your automated system.

@CallofDuty I would love to do that however you’ve just falsely permanently banned me after I haven’t even been on the game. And then proceeded to not inform me of any details of the ban, and then your automated bot denied my appeal without any investigation. And no human has replied to me.

@anyware @Activision Very familiar, I’ve been informed recently that programs such as razor synapse has gotten players permanently banned, this is ridiculous as I’ve still not heard any reply or gotten ahold of any human being from @Activision

I have been false banned after not even being on the game for over a week, I received no emails or notifications like I should on my account status, after trying to appeal the ban at 1:13am the very generic and automated denial was given to me claiming I used cheats

My case number is 29845636, I request an actual investigation into this with care, as I have called and emailed every department including requesting an article 15 of the GDPR regulations to your privacy departments. I would like to know the file name that was detected.
