Former YouTube/Twitch Commander content creator ☀️I still have opinions💧most of them are correct💀that one probably isn't one of them🔥stay awesome everybody🌳
Why do I have 16 Commander decks?
How do they function?
What is the meaning of life?
Well... I can answer 2 of those questions with a thread! Get ready for a journey through my #16deckchallenge, and who knows, maybe you'll find the meaning of life somewhere in the shuffle!
@mtg_ds Thanks for the shout-out! By the way, based on your description above, I was curious what could be added if I didn't limit myself only to cards with exactly two words in the name & found 18 cards I could consider adding, which can be found in the considering section of that deck
@wachelreeks I appreciate the feedback! I always assumed chaining infinite turns meant taking 2 or more extra turns in a row (or if you count the normal non-extra turn, 3 or more turns in a row), which Medomai can't do without Melvin-y things
@wachelreeks I have a deck with only 1 extra turn spell, and it's Medomai in the command zone. With two cards, he can create infinite turns, and people tell me he can't be used for bracket 3 as a result.
All I ask is for more clarity in the bracket 3 description, please. :)
@wachelreeks Does "chaining infinite turns" in bracket 3 refer only to non-infinite extra turns? Since infinite combos are allowed?
Or should it be "late game 2-card infinite combos are allowed, except infinite turns"?
@LemorasCards Nah, I'm super excited to play Panoptic Mirror in bracket 3 since I won't be able to use it with extra turns! I'm going super wild for sure!
Finally, we have reached a situation where I can play Panoptic Mirror for fun!
It's legal in Bracket 3 as long as it's not used for infinite turns, so it finally has a place in Commander for me!
@SaffronOlive To me, this seems like a huge positive because I do like in universe aesthetics. That said, I get the dislike from others who want consistency. I just like in universe stuff, so this is good news for me personally
@PVDDR This situation falls squarely under the area of sportsmanship labeled "will to win."
It's bad sportsmanship to do anything other that try to win fairly. Trying to win unfairly and not trying to win are both considered bad sportsmanship.
Why have I been less active? I've been helping patients with their eyes and their vision, ensuring they have clear and comfortable vision with glasses, contacts, or various treatments for all sorts of conditions.
Feeling appreciated today!
Long story short: In case 4-player Brawl is added to Arena, I play Arena to build my collection there, & the most effective way to build it is to pay gems for the mastery passes, and the most effective way to get gems without paying $$$ is playing limited. <breathless>
