@BrittanyFerries congratulations for giving all the schools the reclining seats we have booked and then saying use can’t use those seats find a spare somewhere else… oh wait there aren’t any… so much for the sleep on an overnight ferry!!!! Also I paid for that seat for a reason

Would like to add the information desk is also closed on the 22.45 Caen - Portsmouth 11th June… so none of the many confused and angry other passengers who have booked seats and are now stranded in the hallways cannot complain or question the staff for a solution!

@TheRangeUK It was purchased by grandparents and haven't got receipt, paid 4 in cash, the kids are devastated and all they want is replacement as they enjoy having lunch at it. I was told on email that they agree they can tell it was purchased at your store by serial number

Disappointed @TheRangeUK as they refuse to do anything about this £100 toadstool set, 3 months outside and this!! Saying no receipt not there problem, even though they admitted selling it as no one else sells it.. very disappointed children!!!
