- The proposal simply allows for more active deployment of funds to generate yield

- With the upcoming flagship apps deployment on @0xMantle in Dec, liquidity support will be key to bootstrapping growth for protocols

- The upcoming deployment of RWA and LSD yield products on @0xMantle will benefit greatly from the liquidity support towards yield bearing assets.

- Some key yield products that will be integrated heavily in Mantle - $mUSD + $USDY , $mETH & $USDe.

- With close to $800m in liquid funds in the treasury, a simple 5% yield on the treasury would add $40m in revenue to @0xMantle

- Outside of the treasury yield, internal products like $mETH and Ecofund seed investments will add additional long term revenue sources.

- A growing treasury allows for flexibility in developing the @0xMantle ecosystem

- A key point of discussion would be the utility of $MNT. Asset rebalancing of the treasury potentially allows for $MNT buyback from the treasury.

- As network usage for @0xMantle increases, $MNT supply will become more scarce as the token will be used as gas cost

- With the development of $mETH, @0xMantle also kickstarts its efforts to incubate revenue generating products that can be integrated within its ecosystem.
