Nein sind sie nicht. Auch darf die natürliche Straße von Hormuz nicht mit dem künstlich geschaffenen Panamakanal verwechselt werden. Der eine Schiffahrzsweg hat schon seit jeher bestanden, der andere musste künstlich gebaut werden und ist zudem auch nur ein Kanal und kein Seeweg.
Zuletzt grenzt die Straße von Hormuz ebenso an den Oman. Ihre Behauptung wäre in etwa auf dem Niveau wie wenn nun Großbritannien eine Gebühr für das Passieren des Ärmelkanals verlangen würde….

Weil die Seewenge nach internationalem Seerecht offen sind und nicht einseitig geschlossen werden können. Die Gewässer der Straße von Hormuz grenzen genauso an den Oman wie an Iran. Der Iran hat demnach nicht das einseitige Recht die Straße zu schließen und den Schiffahrtsverkehr etwa nach Quatar oder Saudi Arabien, welche am Krieg unbeteiligt sind zu blockieren.

Die USA sind nicht wütend, vielmehr gehen sie makropolitisch als Gewinner des Konfliktes hervor, da wenn China kein sanktioniertes Öl mehr zu Discountpreisen aus dem Iran importieren kann und auch kein sanktioniertes Öl mehr aus Venezuela importieren kann (da die USA Venezuela im Januar unter Kontrolle gebracht haben) nun das Öl zu fairen Marktpreisen kaufen muss, da man die Sanktionen auf russisches Öl ausgesetzt hat.
Das führt wiederum zu Punkt 3:

China steht auf Grund der Tatsache dass sie nun nichtmehr vergünstigt Öl aus den drei sanktionierten Staaten Russland, Iran und Venezuela importieren können schwächer da als vor dem Konflikt, denn nun muss China mehr für das Öl bezahlen was schlecht für Chinas Wirtschaft ist. Warum das so ist siehe Punkt 2.

It does not matter if donations are used as tax write offs. At the end of the day the person that donates still has less money since you only „save“ half the money you donated with tax write offs after your income gets taxed. Effectively you still did a net donation of 50% of the amount donated.
