Both, just depends what Im looking to do. In the case of this PT141, I bought a huge bulk order via grey, most of which will be eventually resold for a tidy profit. If I just want some for personal use, and I want it quickly, I'll buy from an American reseller with good COA's, and then I dont have to worry about slow shipping from China, seized or damaged products, and confirmation of third party testing for sterility/dosage/etc.

The grey I use has been pretty reliable and does frequent BOGO sales, so most of my business has been going that way lately.

I'm on 6mg Reta stacked with 1.5mg Cagrilintide. I'm considering lowering the Reta to 4, lowering the cagri to 1.0, and then adding Tirz in and titrating it up to 5 for more appetite suppression. I've gone as high as 12mg reta/2.5mg cagri, and I had to smoke weed in order to eat at that dosage, it just shut everything down.

Down 3 digits of weight, and I think I must be 20-ish lbs from abs. When I reach my goal I want to back off to just 2.0 Reta.
