@sainsburys the absolute state of the produce in your Exeter Guildhall store. Completely rotten peppers and (though they don't photograph well) unsurprisingly a swarm of flies hanging around. Utterly disgusting!
@ScotRail What an incredibly unhelpful reply, as usual. Glasgow has stations. Bristol has stations. Trainline are happy to sell tickets between the two so obviously said tickets exist. No technical issues were mentioned. The question is a simple one: do you sell tickets to Bristol or not?
@ScotRail any reason your ticket office staff are now refusing to sell any tickets to Bristol specifically? Or was she just being awkward because she'd rather be dicking about on her phone than serving customers?
@ScotRail Yes and "anytime return" which is what most people know as an open return. But they do exist, even in Scotland, as you've already said, albeit only on longer journeys (which may also be the case in E+W, I don't normally do short journeys!)
@ScotRail I tried to buy an open return at Inverness only to be told by the woman in the ticket office that they don't exist. Having checked your website, apparently they do. What gives?
She was also adamant that they don't exist in England/Wales either, which is utter bollocks!
@ScotRail I think I misread the national rail app to be fair. It had "anytime" and the price on the return leg but not the outward leg. Confused me as open returns are also called anytime returns.
At any rate, open returns exist. Your ticket office staff should not be claiming they don't.
@ScotRail Conductor has just explained to me that open return is available in most of Scotland but not on this line and he doesn't know why. Is there a reason?
And still not at all helpful for your ticket office staff to just be completely lying, saying open returns don't exist anywhere.
@StagecoachSW I was at the first stop after the bus station. There was no traffic. Plenty other buses went by without issue. I saw the bus in question go towards the bus station on time, and the next one 20 minutes behind it, but just never came back out. Somebody at the depot is simply lying.
