Just seen this absolute gem at @factoryintl . Dark Noon critiques the whitewashing of the history of the US frontier in an approachable, refreshing, deeply clever, and at times humorous way. The most engaging, impactful play I have seen in years.
Grateful for being able to join the students, teachers, staff, and alumni of the Faculty of Arts, and everyone who came to honour the victims.
This place will always be a big part of me, no matter how far I am, no matter how hurt we are❤️🩹🕊

I waited for this @victorlavalle book for so long and it didn't disappoint. I need supernatural frontier literature to be the next big thing (for both my career and Spencer, the vampire cowboy tattoo)
First day at #BAAS2023 is over and it was a really lovely introduction to conferences for me. Can't wait for tomorrow! (Here is some interior pics cause I didn't have time to take any other ones)
One in every four cowboys was believed to be a Black man released from slavery despite the stories told in popular books and movies although the most famous cowboys of the old west were white.
