@Ryanair - sat at Lisbon on a flight that should have left at 8.50pm and it’s now 10.30pm - your cabin crew are appalling. Just overheard one saying in front of customers that she had been shouted at by people and “they could all stay in Lisbon for all she cared”’ - not cool.
