@makemytrip @makemytripcare if you really want to use chatbot and ivr for the customer support then use it but atleast train it properly. One of the worst chat and IVR support.
And on top of this no other mode of support channel.

And their tickets doesn't help

@DTDCIndia forget about drone based delivery, 1st u shud focus on your existing deliveries. If you can't deliver on your promised date then u have no right to charge high amount to customer in name of express delivery.
And on top of that ur customer support is pathetic.

@MahaCyber1 some amount has been blocked in my account from past 7.5 months bcoz of a complaint in deoli policestation against some other person. My branch Manager has already provided STR on this in nov'23 verifiying my identity and txn Kindly help. Txn is 12 months older now.
