@amorriscode Two use cases: 1) Running claude within wsl, and 2) ssh-ing into an external machine.
VS code is very suitable for these use cases. And fully relying on claude desktop to SSH into the machines using python incurs more overhead and cost.
@BenjaminPasero@AnthropicAI Could you improve Claude's VS Code extension? It's more user-friendly than the CLI, but it's missing a lot of CLI features. Also, I think CC should give users more visibility and control over context management.
