What makes a great mentor? This question was given in class today, and it reminded me of a movie I saw in high school called Dead Poets Society, in which Mr. Keating tells the class how to think creatively and look beyond the obvious. Highly recommend film! #acuedu_p
Today in class, we watched Barbara Coloroso's TedTalk about the impact of bullying in the classroom and how much of an influence it has on society. Bullying and genocide are linked in an interesting way. #acuedu_p

@Sarah_Samuel1@YouTube What a fantastic video! I remembered feeling encouraged and motivated after watching this video. More teachers like her are needed!
I thought it would be interesting to share this video about the effects of both healthy and poor eating habits. It's both inspiring and thought-provoking. Food for thought! :)

I remember listening to this TED talk in one of my university tutorials and loved the message it was conveying. We can learn so much from this and apply it to our teaching! #acuedu_p

Building a rapport with students allows to develop deep connections and create meaningful relationships. This is through making an effort to get to know the students and appreciate their unique personalities. #acuedu_p
